Biscuits and Gravy // $10
Two biscuits served open-face with country style sausage gravy and breakfast potatoes (add 2 eggs for $3).

The Munchkin // $11
A three egg scramble with sausage, bacon, onion, mushroom and Provolone cheese. Served on a bed of breakfast potatoes (add sausage gravy for $2).

El Ramiro // $11
The breakfast burrito done right! Layered with slow roasted pork, breakfast potatoes, scrambled egg, refried black beans and Pepper Jack cheese. Served with green and red salsa along with fresh fruit. Add guacamole $1.

Keg Stack // $9
Pancakes served with bacon and fresh fruit (add 2 eggs $3).  Add chocolate chips.

Brioche French Toast // $10
Two thick slices of brioche bread dipped and toasted and topped with caramelized apples. Served with fresh fruit & bacon (add 2 eggs for $3).

Classic Benedict // $11
2 poached eggs, thick sliced ham, hollandaise sauce on an English muffin served with breakfast potatoes.

Ham and Cheese Omelette // $11
Diced ham with Tillamook smoked cheddar, American cheese, tomatoes, hash browns and two stripes of bacon.

Bruchetta Omelette// $11
Our three egg omelette stuffed with marinated cherry tomatoes, basil, shredded cheddar on two slices of French artisan baguette with fresh toasted almond pesto and drizzd with a basaltic reduction.

Pressed Mess // $10
Scrambled eggs, Tillamook smoked cheddar cheese, roasted red peppers, with your choice of bacon, sausage, or thick sliced ham on a pressed English muffin.  Served with breakfast potatoes and a side of chipotle ranch dressing.

Huevos Rancheros // $11
Two corn tortillas topped with refried beans, two eggs cooked to order, and chorizo. Served with Mexican rice and salsa verde.

Nokomis Nibbler // $10
Two eggs cooked to order, breakfast potatoes, toast and your choice of bacon, sausage patties or thick cut ham.  Add sausage gravy $2

Town Hall Wings // $10  A pound of wings served with bleu cheese dressing. Choose chi-potle buffalo, barbecue, bourbon-glazed, or spice-rubbed.

Brewhouse pretzels // $10  Two large soft pretzels filled with cheddar cheese and jalepeńo, served with house-made queso.

Sliders // $9  Three miniature sandwiches topped with white cheddar cheese. Choose ground beef or slow-roasted pork.

Sweet Potato Fries // $7  Deep fried, served with ranch dressing.

Pig Poutine // $12  Crispy pub fries topped with fresh white cheddar cheese curds from Ellsworth, Wisconsin, pork gravy, and slow-roasted pork.

Cheese Curds // $8  Bite-sized white cheddar curds from Ellsworth, Wisconsin, Dortmunder-battered and deep fried. Served with marinara.

Pork Nachos // $12  Hand cut tortilla chips piled with cheddar cheese, our slow roasted pork, guacamole, salsa, jalapeño blackberry chutney.

Fried Pickles // $7  Cream cheese stuffed kosher pickle chips, hand breaded and fried.  Served with jalapeño blackberry chutney.

Brewer’s Burger  // $10 A half-pound ground beef patty with house mayo and choice of cheese: American, Swiss, smoked cheddar,  pepper jack, or bleu. Goat cheese add $1.

Heidelburger // $12 A half-pound house beef patty crusted with bacon, topped with smoked cheddar cheese and house mayo.

Pete’s Cabin Burger // $11 Angus beef blended with Minnesota wild rice and bleu cheese, topped with sautéed mushrooms, provolone, and house mayo.

Hot Damn Burger // $11 Angus beef blended with jalapeño, onions, and green peppers, topped with Serrano peppers, pepper jack, and Sriracha mayo.

Bourbon Burger // $12 A half-pound house beef patty blended with provolone, finished with our bourbon glaze, barbecue ranch, and fried onion rings.
