The breakfast burrito done right! Layered with slow roasted brisket, hash browns, scrambled egg, refried black beans and Pepper Jack cheese. Served with green and red salsa along with fresh fruit. Add guacamole $1.

Lemon zested pancakes served with bacon and fresh fruit (add 2 eggs $3).

Bourbon Banana Stuffed French Toast // $10.00
Bourbon sautéed bananas and cream cheese stuffed in thick bakery fresh cinnamon toast. Served with fresh fruit & bacon (add 2 eggs for $3).

2 poached eggs, thick sliced ham, hollandaise sauce on an English Muffin served with hash browns (sub crab cakes $3).

Scrambled eggs, Tillamook smoked cheddar cheese, roasted red peppers, with your choice of bacon, sausage, or thick sliced ham on a pressed English muffin.  Served with hash browns and a side of chipotle ranch dressing.

TOWN HALL WINGS // $9  A pound of wings served with bleu cheese dressing. Choose chi-potle buffalo, barbecue, bourbon-glazed, or spice-rubbed.

BREWHOUSE PRETZELS // $9  Two large soft pretzels filled with cheddar cheese and jalepeńo, served with house-made queso.

SLIDERS // $8  Three miniature sandwiches topped with white cheddar cheese. Choose ground beef, slow-roasted pork or braised beef brisket.

BREWER’S BURGER  // $9.5 A half-pound ground beef patty with house mayo and choice of cheese: American, Swiss, smoked cheddar, white cheddar, pepper jack, smoked gouda, or bleu. Goat cheese or brie add $1.

HEIDELBURGER // $11 A half-pound house beef patty crusted with bacon, topped with smoked cheddar cheese and house mayo.

PETE’S CABIN BURGER // $11 Angus beef blended with Minnesota wild rice and bleu cheese, topped with sautéed mushrooms, provolone, and house mayo.

HOT DAMN BURGER // $11 Angus beef blended with jalepeńos, onions, and green peppers, topped with serrano peppers, pepper jack, and Sriracha mayo.

BOURBON BURGER // $11 A half-pound house beef patty blended with provolone, finished with our bourbon glaze, barbecue ranch, and fried onion rings.
