Town Hall Tap Chicago Brat
This past November the Town Hall Tap celebrated its second anniversary.  With the launch of a new Tap Website, we are pleased to introduce our first ever “beer” blog, a great way to keep up with what is happening at Town Hall.

Our blog will touch on many topics and is open to visitor suggestions.  We have grown because of your patronage, and we welcome any input you may offer.

On Monday January 7th 2013, the Tap’s new menu will feature brats made by Seward Co-op.  One of the cool things about operating in a local craft market is having the opportunity to work with other creative crafty people.

The butchers at Seward Co-op are such people.  They have been making specialty sausage for years.  In 2012, Town Hall and Seward collaborated in developing an onion brat made with Hope & King Scotch Ale.  I haven’t tasted another brat quite this good.

Our new menu features the brat three different ways.  My personal favorite being, Chicago (Avenue) Style… pictured above.  Our collaboration brat on a poppy seed bun topped with Chicago style relish, onions, tomatoes, pickles, mustard and celery salt.
